Developers Required

We are currently seeking a number of Java EE Developers to work across various Green Field Projects.

The responsibilities of the successful Java EE Developers will include:

• Participating in functional and technical design workshops
• Translating functional requirements into a detailed architecture and design
• Contribute to the detailed estimation of development work
• Perform or participate in regular code reviews to ensure the high quality of code delivered
• Contributing new ideas to improve the functioning of the development team 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•     Strong Java programming and design skills
•     Enterprise Java, JEE (Servlet/JSF/JDBC/JMS/EJB3.0/JPA) and Java design patterns
•     Exposure to some open-source frameworks and libraries such as Richfaces, Dojo, Spring, Hibernate, Axis, JUnit, JBoss Seam.
•     Experience with TOMCAT, JBOSS or Weblogic application servers
•     Strong relational database experience (Oracle/Sybase or other)
•     Good development knowledge on Linux/UNIX
•     Experience in formal development methodologies (Agile, FDD, Waterfall or other), change management and version control
